Filter Replacement Fast and Easy!

Whenever I have ordered replacement filters for my T-300, Alen has never failed to be deliver accurately and promptly. Their confirmation and receipt system is simple and robust. And most importantly, my Alen T-300 Air Filter really makes a difference in our household, particularly as we have cats. The UV function is especially reassuring during flu season as well. I highly recommend Alen!

These Alen T300 Hepa-Pure replacement filters came when promised. Neatly packaged. Arrow indicating insertion direction and a side label to write the date on to track when to change them. Our air “feels” cleaner with our machine on!

I needed new filters for an older model Alen. I could not determine which filter I needed on their website. I chatted for help and was given an incorrect filter number. When I realized that, I called . The representative, with whom I spoke, determined the correct filters and took my order. The filters arrived a few days later.
Everyone makes mistakes, but I deducted one star anyway. I still trust them and will certainly continue to deal with them.

Not to much to write

Not to much to write about here. These filters work well and keep my air clean (in combination of course with the air purifier unit). Easy to clean (just take the velcro'd cover off, and wash that w/ water or bang against a wall. Then take the actual filter unit and tap it on a flat surface / wall outside and watch the dirt and dust fall. Enjoy!
