The Alen Is My Life Line

Currently, I am teaching a course in a college inChina on an exchanging program. Knowing that the air pollution in China had been very bad, I brought two Alen HEPA-Silver Filter T100s with me. These two machines took 90 percent of my luggage space, simply because my health is more important than any material things in the world. I realized how lucky I was to prioritize the Alen HEPA-Silver Filter as soon as I stepped out of the airplane in China. Now the Alen is my life line: one sends fresh air to my face when I am in front of my computer and the other makes sure that I can breathe fresh air when I sleep. The Alen purified air reminds me of the air I breathed in Maine woods where my home is. However, the only complain I can make is that Alen did not make a portable air filter for a lot of Americans who work in places where the air pollution is beyond ones’ imagination.

I love it. I use it my bedroom and I can feel the difference. The air is much more fresher, cleaner and my husband allergies much better now. He doesn't have allergy attacks as often as he had it before. Planning to buy several more for other rooms

I was very happy till today!!

I got T100 and T300 and I was very happy with them. Very quiet, no bad odors, air fresh. I loved it. BUT T300 stopped working couple days ago after less then 1 year using it. I'm very upset. I expected better quality. It's not so cheap to buy a new one each year. Waiting for replacement now.

We use this filter on our main floor. It really helps with cooking and pet odors. I can tell the difference when I'm not using this filter. Keeps our house fresh.

Alan has always been reliable

I've been using ALEN products for 6 years. One of my air purifiers has been entirely reliable; the other one lost power, and was replaced immediately with the newest model of the same type. I recently had a problem with deliveries of filters, due entirely to inaccurate GPS maps, and ALEN replaced both filters that were lost. The appliances catch an unbelievable amount of dust in my bedroom and living room (I live right off of a main avenue). I couldn't recommend ALEN more -- they are truly a customer-centered company, and I am very grateful for the service I have received from them!
