Alen T300 replacement filters

We have owned and used the Alen T300 for several years now and enjoy its quiet and efficient operation. We vacuum the filters monthly and replace yearly. It is great knowing that the air in our bedroom is cleaner and the T300 helps reduce the dust levels, Thank you for the great products and for continuing to carry all the filters!

I have had 4 alien purifiers for many years. They have saved me many times. I have allergies and they are wonderful at clearing the air. Also, for smoke and I am counting on them to keep my rooms germ free and safe thru this current virus scare. I have recommended them many times.

Recently received - Still evaluating

The unit that I received was pre-opened with a scratch on the top side. It did not turn on when plugged in. We had to call Customer service twice in the first few weeks, as they first sent us a new magnetic front panel which did not help start the unit. Then they sent us a new filter, which happened to fit slightly tighter and the unit started. The buttons on top are a bit touchy and I am not sure if they are working properly or if we received the "lemon" unit. The unit is on and we are still evaluating. Not happy with purchasing such an expensive item and receiving it scratched, not to mention the issues with getting it to finally work. I have submitted this information before to Alen and no response from the company.
