The quality of these filters

The quality of these filters were disappointing, they aren’t the same and I fear the new one won’t collect all I’m needing it to for EOS Asthma. Can you explain why they have changed?

My experience with your company

My experience with your company was great . However the mail service left the package on doorstep and not protected and it rained very hard so the outside box was soaked ! The 2 boxes in side were okay ! Still have not needed to replace these are back up ! I have 2 Allen room purifiers one downstairs and 1 upstairs and I think they do an e excellent job in my home! I have recommended this product to many people !

Clean air

The machines I own run perfectly. I bought them because I used to smoke cigarettes and I live next to the 10 freeway. The filthy air from the freeway isn’t good for your health. My friends with asthma who come to visit always say how nice it is in my apartment because they have no trouble breathing.

I’m very pleased with the Alen humidifier and filters. I have severe sinus and allergy issues. They are the only remedy that make life bearable with my dog especially in spring and fall. I have recommended Alen to multiple friends who have also been pleased as well. There was a bit of an issue with the filter delivery the last time, but it was eventually resolved.
