I’ve been an Alen owner (4 air purifiers) for years and any question I ever had was answered promptly. Additionally true to their word, when one of my Alens went kaputz they sent me a brand new one immediately. Their filters are top notch and capture dust, bacteria, etc. great for me with COPD and for my wife who has asthma.
