We have been using an Alen T500 True HEPA air purifier in our bedroom for over a year now and are very pleased with the results. We have a subscription to have a new filter sent to us every 6 months and that is a very convenient reminder that it's time to replace the filter. Plus, changing the filter is so simple to do. We love the reassurance that the air we breathe is being filtered in this way. We would recommend this product to everyone who is looking for a convenient and reliable air purifying machine in their home.

Great filter and great products

I love the Alen's. I am delaying with mold toxcity so I need a high quality air purifier. Alens fit the bill. Before purchasing, I took some time to research diff ones. Most of the well known air purifiers only get down to .3 microns. This will get mold spores but not mycotoxins. Seeing mycotoxins is what causes the damage with mold toxicity, I need down to .3 microns. I compared to the high dollar machines and even ones in department stores. Very few will filter out .1 microns. And Alen had a good reputation, several sizes, filter options, and better priced than the other top brands. Once I saw Alen offered a silver filter, I knew this was the one to try. It's been 2 years since I purchased my first Alen and it's crazy how much dust, hair, they suck out. The t500 work great for my children's bedroom and hubs office. Even coworkers who have no experience with air purifiers could tell a diff in hubs office. I normally purchase the silver filters since they are antimicrobial but needed to save some cash this go round. I have never had any moisture on any of the filters so I decided to go with the basic filter this time. Everyone who walks in our home says how amazing it feels and I think much has to do with clean air. If you have allergies, respiratory issues, mold toxcity, I highly highly recommend investing in an Alen. Shipping is great and recieved super quick. Customer service has also been great. I don't have. A single complaint about Alen products or the company.
