I ordered a new air filter and the associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about my air filtration unit. He even advised me not to use the ionizer as we have a parrot and that would not be healthy for her.I was never told this when I originally purchased the unit. Thanks again!!

I started using mt T500

I started using mt T500 in my bedroom about 2 months ago and have notice a big difference. I used to wake up congested every morning but with the Alen Air Purifier I feel much less congestion if any at all. Their may be another purchase in the near future to put one in the living room of my apartment.

We have Alen T500 Air Purifier and we use it in our bedroom. Ever since we started using it our allergy related problems have reduced by almost 80%. Whenever we order replacement filters we receive them within a week from the date of order and their service is impeccable.

I mean, the way you know it's working is you don't notice it, right? The filter is quiet, the air smells clean, I can sleep without asthma attacks or nasal dripping, so... that's a win!

I have used Alen Purifiers for years. I have 3 T500s, one 75i and my most recent purchase a 45i. I am more than pleased. It’s amazing how must dust the purifiers pull from the air. I highly recommend this product and name brand. No other Brand comes close to Alen.
