This unit has done a good job of keeping a bedroom dust free during the several years we've had it. It's particularly good at filtering the fine skin cells that the bedroom is prone to collect. We enjoy the usually efficent on-line ordering process and delivery speed (altho' 2021 so far has been terrible with timing!!). We comment, as we've do previously that replacement filters need to be priced lower.

If you have breathing issues, this is a must have! I have used a purifier in my bedroom for 5 years now and no more waking up stuffed up. I keep it running constantly and vacuum filter as needed. Filter has lasted at least 9-12 months before needing replaced. I also keep an Alen running in my family room. They are rated the best!

I couldn't ask for better

I couldn't ask for better service. They even reminded me of the filter change schedule. I own two of these so I take their emails in stride. I moved from dusty San Diego to a town that shares a border with Olympia WA. I found allergens up here and use these units to help remove them. I do get allergens shots every 2 weeks now and have a electrostatic filters on the forced air system but back it up with the T500'S. I would recommend their T500's because of the filtration and warranty. I had one fail and the replaced it. I think that I bought enough filters to prove that I did the correct replacement schedule that they believed me. I must have had a defective unit. No problem because they shipped a replacement! Nothing better than a company that honors their warranty. Buy if you care about your indoor air quality at a fair price.

We love Alen air filters. They remove tons of pollen and pet dander from the air, and keep our house smelling fresh! Love the pink noise as well, just enough sound to help me sleep.
