I absolutely love my Allen Air Purifier. I have another brand I purchase a couple of years ago & it’s ok, but wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. This one is perfect for my family’s needs & Im so proud I found them. I purchased my first filter replacement by phone & received first rate customer service from their Austin location, not a call center. I’m a customer for life!

I purchased more than one kind of filter. I have 3 different units in my house because you don't make the peralta anymore. I do believe your products are out of line on price. I'll be going elsewhere in the future.

Alen T500 True Hepa air filter

I love Alen Air purifiers. I have one in my bedroom and a larger one in my den. It has helped greatly with all the wild fires we have had to deal with in the last two years.This one broke in the first year and Alen replaced it immediately, which I really appreciated. The new won has been running smoothly for two years.

The Alen T500 True HEPA

The Alen T500 True HEPA Filter does a great job filtering out dust and allergens out of the air in my home office. When using this filter, I can breathe so much better. After one year of use I was surprised how much dust the filter had trapped. The filter was so filthy.
