We own two Alen air purifiers, and I will never be without one again. I initially bought one for our old pecky cypress river house that was built in 1950. It took a while- 4 months of changing filters- but it was amazing how it pulled all the dust motes out of the air. I have the T500 in a small apartment and am very happy with it there also.
We are on the 6 month plan and it is very convenient.

We were not managing our filter well. Our Alen air purifier kept signaling “clean filter”. So after several attempts to clean the filter, the signal continued so I phoned Alen for help. It came quickly and effectively. In hindsight, I wonder if we read or forgot the original instructions.
