I have 3 Alen air purifiers and highly recommend this company! The T500 is in our sunroom where our 3 dogs spend most of their time. The purifier keeps my allergies under control and keeps the room feeling and smelling fresh.

My filter was easy to find on the website. Easy to order and arrived earlier then promised. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I don't replace the filters that often but I definitely had a positive experience and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Corona - Not

I have used filters for the past 10 years. They have kept my home germ free by the ocean and in high desert. Given I have allergies and asthma, this has been a great relief. When Corona broke out, I felt secure as I was already protecting myself and home members. I now revise my filters automatically and continue to feel confident that my health is protected, fear free. Thank you. Keep up the great work.

Better than original

We have a cockatiel whose cage is in our home office, so we needed something to really clean the air because birds sometimes molt.This time when replacing the filter I ordered this one. So far so good. I do vacuum it at least once a week as I did with the original filter. It seems to pick up more from the air than the original.
