Too Expensive

When my filter was delivered by UPS, it was bent in the middle. The outer packaging was not sturdy enough. I manipulated the filter in order for it to fit into the machine I do not think this filter should be as expensive as it is. Sorry, but it is expensive.

Effective carbon filter for the T500!

I have been using the carbon filter since I got the T500 I think three years ago with the exception when I tried the silver filter twice at different times. For whatever reason my asthma was worse with the silver filter both times and I have no idea why so I returned to the carbon filter. The Alen is much better than previously used carbon-type filters. I would love to have a nano-particle filter as we have so much nano pollution with geoengineering chemicals being proliferatively used to control climate change, and these nano particles are very damaging to the lungs. My asthma has gotten much wore unstable because of these nano particles. I would be very interested in Alen producing a nano particle filter.

Perfect For Bathroom Area

Our master bathroom is large, but doesn’t have a fan above to help with dampness. This HEPA Silver air purifier is slim and has a mold prevention feature to address this issue. It’s exactly what we needed.

I have had these filters

I have had these filters in my townhouse (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs) since my son was diagnosed with environmental allergies. Alen was recommended by our allergist, and it was a better prescription than any drug. We have two cats so the downstairs filter keeps those allergens down, and the one in my son's room has helped tremendously. (no more Benadryl for restless sneezing attacks at night, etc.) Great product!
