Very easy to place order..quick delivery..the filter and the air purifier have prevented anyone entering my home to detect the fact that I have a cat!!!!!! Have had for 5 years...quiet and efficent..runs all the time

The Alen purifiers are excellent. Have been using 2 for years now. great for dust reduction and allergen control. i recommend cleaning the outer layer of the filter occasionaly until your ready for replacement.

i revived my air cleaner as gift.. so i found the different types of air cleaners.. i found the one i have... was very easy to find and order... installed new filter.. :)

Three years ago, I was looking for an affordable,but thoroughly effective air purifier. I reaseached the web and found the Alen T500. There were many other more expensive, and well know brands, but the Alen was withing my price range, and it came with many different kinds of filters to fit my every need. I ordered one for myself, but when it came, my husband asked if he could use it during the day, since his he worked in the garage, and the basement of our house. Needless to say, I never got it back, and I had to order another one. So when my daughter said she needed one for her sinises, I bought my third Alen, and I have been completely satisfied for the past 4 years.

We have several T500 units and buy filters in bulk. Customer service rep was very helpful in placing order and pricing. We have had A+ service with replacement of units that have issues-like fans becoming noisy, probably worn bearings. Lifetime warranty that is honored.

I have 2 units and am very happy with their performance. Customer service is excellent, too. One of my units quit working after several years and they immediately sent me a replacement.
