Just received a replacement filter. I now have two Alan air purifiers, different models…..very happy with both. The customer service has been excellent with this company. They make a good product, stand behind it, and make it easy for problem resolution.

customer service is EXCELLENT and PROMPT. When my T500 unit failed, troubleshooting info was sent almost immediately.
Customer Service is excellent! When my T500 stopped working, troubleshooting suggestions were sent almost immediately. After suggestions were unsuccessful, a new unit was sent promptly. Cummunicating with company was easy and their committment to their product is very reassuring.
