Excellent Filter

I have used this product in an Alen air cleaner for years and change the filters every 6 months. It is always interesting to see how much darker the used filter is when it is replaced with a new one. Better all that dust gets trapped in the filter than in my lungs.

Necessity for daily use

With allergy season in full effect, I can't live without my Alen purifiers. Even those with no severe allergies, I would highly recommend buying these. When cleaning out the filter, you will notice all kinds of stuff trapped inside and outside. This is when you realize you may not see it, but you and your family are breathing in all kinds of bad stuff.

T500 Unit/Filters

Unit of choice for bedrooms, small spaces! This baby scrubs the air well, is quiet, and has no annoying lights to disturb sleep. I recently purchased four replacement filters for my units but a shipping error resulted in only one being shipped. Alen notified me of the expected shipment and followed up asking if I was happy - I informed them only one was received and asked if they were being shipped individually. Alen immediately checked, found the error, and had the remaining filters shipped the same day! Now that is what I call customer service! Great products (have other units for larger areas) and a great company.

We purchased the Air Filter System and a couple of replacement filters. The indicator showed we needed to replace the filter and I did not realize I used the last one, so I went online, ordered it and it came as promised.
We use this system in the bedroom as my spouse has health related breathing issues and this removes most of the air dust, etc. from the room. Wife loves the product and wishes we could take it with us when we travel.

Worked great. I had to replace my T500 unit, though. Had a great experience with the limited lifetime warranty Alen has. I kept the filter, sent old unit back and it's humming along. I'm a "lifer", I still have my A350 air filter. Thanks Alen!

Best Filter I've ever used. Well worth every penny. You don't realize how much dust you have circulating in your house until you see it. The foam filter can be washed to make your cartridge Filter last longer. Mine went a yr before I had to change and that is running daily.
