I have asthma and this air purifier helps me breathe . I rely on it more than I new , till I had to wait on a new filter . I ordered online and had my filter was here in two days . I am a very satisfied customer .

living in AZ there is always dust. dream of a filter I can put on my air conditioning units that do whole house. But I have two of these 500 sq ft units and they really help a lot.

Alen purifiers get the job done!

I barely ever have to dust my house. I don't even put my Alen air purifier on the highest setting. With a house at less than 1500 sq ft we leave it on the lowest setting and high setting when we are gone. We have a small dog so minimal dander however sneezing is no longer a thing in our house. I have also had an Alen air purifier replaced under warranty and service and quality never changed!

changed the filter now it won't work

I liked this air purifier, had for about a year, but when I changed the filter the machine broke down and no longer will work. Too expensive to last only a year!!!
