I had ordered replacement filters before so it was simple to do again. I knew the filter number I needed so I just put it in and that was all there was to it. I received it in the specified time. Great service.

Alen T500 hepa silver air purifier filter

Bought this air purifier and silver filter for my daughter who is in college. Works perfectly in her dorm room and now in her apartment bedroom. Amazing all of the dust that it collected from the air. Air quality greatly improved and help allergies immensely. No trips to the doctor for allergies since she's been using this system.

Worked great. I had to replace my T500 unit, though. Had a great experience with the limited lifetime warranty Alen has. I kept the filter, sent old unit back and it's humming along. I'm a "lifer", I still have my A350 air filter. Thanks Alen!
