You changed the material on the back of the filter that you take off and clean with water or vaccum.dont like it doesn't clean up as good as the old material.bring the old material back.

The air filter works wonderfully. I have been using Allen for about 3 years now and not one single complaint regarding the unit or the filters. They work the best of anything I have ever owned.

I recently purchased replacement filters

I recently purchased replacement filters for two purifiers. Instantly, I noticed a difference in the quality of air and my ability to breathe easier. Too bad we can't apply a giant size filter to the earth to enable us all to breathe easier while out of doors. :-)

I called in and placed my order in minutes. They had all my information on file. I received the order in a couple of days. Quick and easy to replace the filters. I would highly recommend getting your replacement filters from them.
