It's very effective taking particulates out of indoor air and reducing my asthma incidence greatly. It's also light to carry and sturdy. My grandson play with the switches and knock it down repeatedly but it still works.

We have not been able to tell a difference in the air quality of our home. However, whether we set the filter on a timer or just turn it on to run, it turns itself off. We can set it for 3 hours and it will turn itself off after 10 minutes, 30 minutes or any time before the 3 hour mark. What should we do to resolve this?

Good filter in a great machine!

This middle of the road filter is perfect for our small home. We operate 2 machines with these filters and we have 2 cats. They really do help with the air quality. Remember to clean out the foam pre filter on occasion and you are good for a long time. Thanks!

Cannot breathe a day w/out my air purifier

Everytime I change the filter, there is an immediate change in the air quality and my ability to breathe. I will always own an Alen Air Purifier.

I live in Salt Lake

I live in Salt Lake City area which during the winter turns into a closed bowl of high particulate fog. Very harmful for my fragile depleted lungs. I’m able to live comfortably in my home thanks to the two Allen T500. One is on the main floor and one in the basement very effectively scrubbing the air. I’m very satisfied and pleased and highly recommend these filters for anyone who is trying to live comfortably during the winter in the metropolitan Salt Lake City.
