A lifesaver!! I have two

A lifesaver!! I have two dogs, I had severe allergic reactions (eyes watering, nose clogged, etc.). The air purifiers have helped a GREAT deal! I love them.

gunky filters

I am amazed at how much dust/gunk/airborne dust bunnies that my air filters cleanse from the air I breathe. I keep the machine in my bedroom since I am there at least 8 hours/day so I know I am inhaling filtered air and decreasing the work load of my lungs.

Air Filters not so great! So far, two broke, and they were less than two and a half years old.

Hi Ron! I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with the T500. Have you called our warranty team to have them replaced? They can be reached at 800-630-2396 Option 2. I did go ahead and suspend your autoship, please let us know if you'd like to reactivate that!
