Box that the filter was shipped in was damaged. Some of the folds on the filter were damaged. When I went to select the type of filter, there was only one choice. The one I used to have had charcoal inside and looked like is was better made than this one. Looks like itis now made with paper.

Filter is shipped without protection.

Filter is shipped without protection. Unit should be put in a protective box with padding. I recently had to ask for a new shipment because filter arrived bent/damaged.

Great for small spaces.

This air purifier is perfect for small spaces. We've had our for a few years and it's still going strong. It's also fairly quiet on the low fan setting.

Not understanding

The filter indicator shows it's still good. I don't understand why it needs to be replaced. I didn't order a new one but a new one arrived and I was charged for it. Why did I get one when my unit doesn't need it.
