Using them since 2015 and always the best performance.

I usually order the once that promise the top performance in regards to control allergens and smell and never was disappointed.
In addition the customer service is absolutely amazing, they go beyond their duty to give the best service as for answer all the questions and accuracy of the order placed.

Great quality and even better service

My first filter replacement came damaged from shipping. I contacted Alen and they shipped me a new one immediately. I have been using this air purifier and it’s been so effective in NYC with the smokes from the Canadian wildfires. I also like that it acts as a fan as well.

I live in desert where there’s lots of dust and other particulate matter blowing around. I have learned my Alen filter can handle the load and just keep on going 😊
