Out of the box 1st impressions

We love our Alen room Air purifier. It filters the air in our 1 bedroom apartment in about 60 minutes. Being a cat owner, she is constantly licking and grooming herself, removing a lot of fur. I had to clean the filter screen on the back of the unit twice since we purchased it back in April. We keep it on high setting and just had to change the filter after 4 months.... just as stated in the instruction booklet. When I purchased the unit, I purchased the same standard replacement filter at the same time. I just purchased the new odor eliminating filter, but have not tried it yet. If everything works out on time, like it has been, I should be changing it out right before Christmas. I am curious to see how good that new filter will work.... between pet odors, bathroom odors and cooking odors, especially fish..... maybe, I’ll check in with an update after the holiday season.

Website problems but good product

I can't say enough good about the product-it does a great job of filtering the dust and allergens from our home. My order was processed quickly and the filter arrived undamaged. My only complaint is with the website, in that it would not allow me to sign up for the automatic filter shipments. I have tried twice now to do this, with promises of discounts, to no avail.

Have 2 Alen air purifiers. We use the t500 in our bedroom which has helped my husband's allergies tremendously since we have 3 cats in which one of them lays in our bedroom during the day. After first 8 months of use our filter was so dirty that I am thankful to know that I have invested in a product that helps provide better air quality. Our room always smells refreshed and clean when we close off from other rooms.

I have a Miniature Schnauzer

I have a Miniature Schnauzer and she sheds sometimes and he was getting hard to breathe so my daughter helped me pick out a machine and so far my breathing has gotten better so thank you very much!!

As an all year round allergy sufferer, I use Allen’s air purifier all the time and I love going in to a room and not wonder if I’m going to sneeze/get itchy eyes.
It helps to keep my allergies at bay. Allen, is one product I really trust. Its quality is outstanding.

I love my Alen air

I love my Alen air purifier. Since using it I no longer use medication for Asthma and symptoms of allergies are very low. It really cuts the dust in my house and I change the main air filter much less. I am so glad I have an Alen air purifier.
