AFTER USING MY T 500 FOR ALMOST A YEAR IT DEVELOPED A PROBLEM . IT WAS REPLACED WITH NO PROBLEMS. IT IS WORKING JUST FINE NOW, I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE T 500 AND ALSO FOR THE GREAT SERVICE.

Hi…..the air purifier was bought

Hi…..the air purifier was bought for my grandson, away at college. I did not remember that the filters need to be bought within a certain period in order to continue a life time warranty. It would be great if you added that info somewhere…..in other words….tell me I must purchase filters by ??? time. This time I made it within the time frame but only by luck.

I know nothing about any other air purifier but very pleased
with this one. Can get expensive replacing the filter, but using the Silver that is the most effective.

WORTH IT!

We bought these for our rental house. The previous rental had dogs in the house and they let the house go. The tenant also worked on a cattle farm and the place smelled horrific. I bought 2 of these and plugged them in and you can no longer tell they were there. They worked fantastically! Expensive, but worth every penny! Saved us hundreds of dollars.
