The old filter was easy

The old filter was easy to dispose of, the new one was easy to install. We've been very happy with our Alen system and the ease with which you can change the filters.

customer service is EXCELLENT and PROMPT. When my T500 unit failed, troubleshooting info was sent almost immediately.
Customer Service is excellent! When my T500 stopped working, troubleshooting suggestions were sent almost immediately. After suggestions were unsuccessful, a new unit was sent promptly. Cummunicating with company was easy and their committment to their product is very reassuring.
