Meets all expectations, and more!

The Alen A350 is the first air purifier I have owned and there is nothing I can find about it that I do not like. Initially, the appearance and quiet operation met all expectations. On low speed I cannot even hear it which is great for sleeping. I am also impressed with its effectiveness; I no longer wake up with a stuffy nose. The air definitely smells fresher without any chemical odors. I read many reviews prior to this purchase and definitely support the many positive things they had to say.

replacement filters for alen room airpurifier

After replacing the filter I cannot seem to get the "replace filter" flashing light to stay off. It is very bright and continuously flashes. I have removed and reinserted the filter many times and seem unable to make it stop flashing.

not sure they really working, in theory they should. carbon is a cleaner. None of them lasting as long as they say. i would recommend more frequent replacement. We keep our windows closed for most part. My allergies just getting worse with age. House has no carpet and is all hardwood. We mop regular. So bear in mind with a hard house and hepa filter on furnace/ac i still need change cleaner filter more then they predict.

Unit worked well for a day or 2 after replacement filter put in. But, I don't know if it was that or something else that's causing my T500 to malfunction; it won't turn on & now waiting on a team to contact me to resolve. Unhappy unit is totally not working now.

Replacement Filters on time

It's easy to forget when (or if) you changed your filter, so the automatice renewal for my air purifier filters is a great reminder. Every six months seems to be jsut about the right amount of time before my filters just get too overloaded with collected dust , even though I clean them regularly.
