First use and it’s tearing at the seams. Very disappointing to see it rip in a few hours of use with the Travelpro brand. How can I get a replacement? I was also looking at a new rollerboard 22in bag but now I’m questioning the quality of future Travelpro purchases.

This is the perfect companion to Travelpro luggage - it's attractive, very light weight, sturdy, very large capacity - and it has the added benefit of folding up to "nothing".

Nice and lightweight, so it’s easy to fold as an extra bag to take along. I intend to use it as a personal item to carry on, but I’m not sure how well it will hold up when full of semi-heavy things such as iPad and camera.
