The wallet is very very good idea, my only issue is that it's maxed out at 3 cards, wish it could fit 5 or 6...obviously it would need to be wider but that should be ok.....

It is not bulky and still easily fits in my front pocket. Yet fits my drivers license and credit card. The order was processed quickly and I received it faster than I could shop around and find locally.

I've had this case for about 8 months and it is a very nice case to have due to the fact that I don't have to carry around a wallet anymore. I can fit my debit card, driver's license, and student ID into the slide with no problem. If you want, you can squeeze in another card or dollar bill, but it's a tight squeeze. My main problem with this case is that it is not durable. It does great at protecting my iPhone but in the 8 months that I've had it, I've had to get 4 replacements through Otter Box's warranty program, which is free within a year by the way. Every time, my Otter Box has cracked right underneath the home button where the plastic seems to be quite thin due to all of the ports and openings in that area. Overall, it's a pretty good case option when it comes to protecting your iPhone and acting as a wallet as long as you don't mind filing for a replacement case every couple of months when it breaks.
Pros: High quality, convenient, protection
Cons: Not durable, breaks easily

I purchased three different commuter cases for our iPhones. One with a wallet and two without. I have now had to return all three of the cases for breaking at the horizontal piece at the bottom of the case near the phone's thumb pad. I have returned one of the cases twice.
Otterbox honors their warranty and keeps replacing the cases for us, but I am extremely disappointed in the functioning of these cases. We have been using Otterbox cases for probably 6-7 years now in our family, but these commuter cases are by far THE WORST CASES EVER!!!!!

My OtterBox defender case for my iPhone 5 was AWESOME, but got dirty looking over time (pink turned dark--and dishwasher cleaning didn't fix it.) The idea of a phone case wallet is fantastic--I travel frequently and would love to pop into tourist places with just my ID and a credit card & my phone (used for photos) in a pocket--however, the flap over the plug-in port does NOT stay closed and the case does not feel very "protective" or sturdy. Nice idea, but I think OtterBox should stick with what they are best at--excellent protection in their Defender series!

This is a great case to be able to carry around some extra cash, credit cards, drivers license, or even business cards.
I purchased this for my wife so she can carry business cards around with her. The only drawback to this case is that there is limited space to store things in the back. I think she was able to comfortably get about 4-5 business cards in there. Not that she needs many more than that, but she then isn't able to fit anything else like credit cards, cash, etc.
Any extra space might make the case too bulky though, so it might not be practical to go much bigger. I'll leave that one to the designers!

This is the second one of these cases I have purchased. I am delighted with the concept of having a compartment for cards and bills but I am not happy with the piece of rubber protecting the charger. Doesn't matter what I do, this is always wide open and if it's designed to protect your connection, it isn't doing its' job. Overall this is a good case and very durable.
