Wireless keeps dropping

I love it other then I have to keep plugging it in and not getting to use the wireless feature which was the whole reason I upgraded from the MCF 240c the web connect isn't compatible with anything I own :(

Great value and functionality

I have had this printer for over six months and love it. The footprint is just right, it works perfectly with my Mac and iPad, and the print quality is on par with the other leading brands. My only complaint is that many stores do not carry the full line of ink cartridges, but that can easily and better solved by buying on line!
I would recommend this to a friend!

good up to date printer

I only use this MFC-J835DW at home for copying and occasionally printing receipts or pictures. I have had this printer for 1 year. At first it seemed to use a lot of ink. After a couple refills and firmware updates it is very good and seems more economical. I love printing on 2 sides. I also like the touch screen and easy setups to enlarge anything or any change you want in your printing. I wanted more than a basic printer. This one is excellent . Prints great photos too.

Slow & broke within 1st year

Very disappointed in this printer...scanning was slower than slow & completely stopped working in less than a year.

GREAT, QUIET MACHINE. COULD USE A BETTER WAY FOR LARGE PHOTOS. SOME PHOTO PAPER WON'T LOAD. NEED TO PRE-CURL, SO PAPER LOADS. OTHERWISE I LOVE IT! WE ONLY USE FOR SCANNING,COPYING, AND PRINTING. WE DON'T USE THE FAX. IF THE 8.5X11 PHOTO PAPER COULD LOAD ANOTHER WAY I'D GIVE IT 5 STARS.
