I am very pleased with my brother printer. Also, I cannot say enough about the service I have received from the Brother company. It is one of the best.

I like my printer very much, I have had zero problems with it and it prints great. I switched from another big name printer company because I was tired of all the hassles when trying to print. The interface may not be as slick as other company's but the printer has never let me down

good copier

This copier is a warranty exchange for a previous copier. Reconditioned like new. Works good, although it will not do 2 sided printing...I was under the impression it would... maybe I was wrong. Does have a tendency to run blanks and mismatched copies when copying multiple plages.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does not print when I want it to. Will not print when I hit ctrl P as soon as I need ink I will get another printer

Great Printing

This is my third Brother printer and I'm certainly pleased to have it. I have another Brother printer, an all-in-one like this one that I still use and am happy with. This printer is new to me, I've only had it two months and is the first one with a touch screen control. It is such a great convenience. Based on my prior experience with Brother printers I know I can look forward to the best of product technical support should I ever need it. I did receive good help in making the initial set-up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fine Printer and Excellent Replacement Service

I have had no problems with the new printer Brother sent me after my first one would not allow me to replace ink cartridges. This one is fine. I was most pleased with Brother's warranty after my first printer would not work. It was replaced with no problem, and it was easy to do
I am only disappointed in that the ink cartridges seem to run dry very quickly. I rarely print in color, usually grayscale, yet I seem to need new color cartridges every two months or so. I don't understand that. I bought the printer over a year ago on the recommendation that ink lasted longer than in other brands, but I am overall satisfied.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best multi-function machine ever
