Great Little Machine

I have really enjoyed this wireless printer. We use it often with no problems. No paper jams or ink problems whatsoever. We use it for several devices. Two laptops, an ipad and our phones. The copier and scanner work well also. I have only briefly used the fax as I don't have a dedicated line for it but it worked fine. I would highly recommend this printer, scanner, copier, fax machine to anyone looking for a very high quality piece of equipment. Pictures are awesome!

this printer is the best printer I have owned. the touch screen makes the printer so easy to control, and being wireless allows my friends next door to print without bothering me.

Somewhat disappointed

While I am quite pleased with the print performance of the J835DW I am quite disappointed with the photo printing as The printed picture is always misaligned on the paper. The edge of the printed picture is OK at the top left corner but is of by about 1/4" at the bottom. I can never get it to properly align.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best All-in-One I've purchased

Prior to this purchase, I had 2 machines from other companies. I bought one of them just 2 months before I bought the Brother. It too was wireless, but could never find a signal, refused to print most of the time and was so frustrating that it got thrown in the dumpster within 60 days of purchase. I then bought this machine and have been thrilled with it. I love the fact it prints on both sides of paper, has excellent printing speed and quality, and I have never had one problem with it. I would highly recommend this printer.

Best Printer Purchase Ever

I have had several printers during my computer years and by far this is the best I've ever had.
It is so dependable and fast and easy to use.
Am planning on getting another but with being able to send my printing needs to the Brother from my other computers I have, I think one will be enough. Wonderful product, I highly recommend it as I am more than satisfied.
