Best printer I've owned.

First one had problems with white lines in all printouts but Brother sent replacement and we are very impressed with this printer. Customer service was wonderful and everything went as planned in getting the replacement and sending the bad printer back to Brother.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great after setup!

I had some difficulties after setting up the all-in-one, with having communication problems with my iMac. I had to call the help line several times; I'm certainly not savvy enough to work this out on my own. The help line was extremely helpful (some people more than others), and after the kinks were worked out, I am loving the printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been using wireless all-in-one printers for several years now and although a brother printer was not the first brand I chose to use it most certainly has performed the best. I have not had a single problem with this product since the day I purchased it. It was simple to connect to a wireless network and has not failed me yet unlike some of my earlier purchases.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Loving my new machine, no problems at all. haven't tried the pictures yet but there is no jamming with papers when faxing or copying.

Like but sometimes have problems

I do like my printer but wish it would feed the paper better. At times it will take two papers when printing. Also jams just when I need it to print several copies. It is easy to load the new ink and when working okay does make nice copies.
