I bought my first MFC-J435W for my home/office. It was easy to set up. I loaded the software on 2 desktops and 3 laptops. Now all of us can use this printer and scanner.
I liked it so much, I bought another one for my RV. I needed a printer and scanner and this fit the bill perfectly.
I highly recommend this unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Printer

Very easy to setup and install the ink. Great Print quality, love the paper tray no jamming. Easy to use and when you are not using it goes to sleep but as soon as you print it wakes up and prints. Looks very nice has a LCD display which gives you info.
For the price I think it is the best printer I have ever purchased. First time using a Brother printer and I love it. I'm a happy customer.

I purchased this printer to upgrade from a older Brother printer that I owned. I must say I am glad that I did, the quality of this printer is superior and the ease of use makes it a no-brainer. The Multi Function features makes it very convenience to Fax, Scan, Copy and Print almost anythng that you wish. The colors are very vivid and clear and the smart low ink notification works excellent. I highly recommend the MFC-J435W.

Having a desire to print some email letters or driving directions, I wanted to purchase a printer. This is a great value for the money ! I am quite pleased with how easy it was to set up to my wireless router & my laptop computer. Your directions were easy to understand.( I have no use for the fax machine part of this product, so I could just skip over that) This was a satisfiting procedure for a novice of computer terms, and I love how it is always ready to print what I desire.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased the J435W last year at my local Best Buy store. This has been one of the best electronic purchases(dollar for dollar) that I ever made.

I did my due diligence before I dove into this unit. I needed a MFC that could handle faxing over VoIP and this model does it well.
It prints well, faxes well and copies well. I haven't attempted to print any pictures(color photos) yet so I can't comment on the high level photo quality.
I like the user friendliness of all its menu functions and buttons. It's pretty straight forward to operate.
I also like how easy it is to update the firmware via the Brother support site.
Cons:
I wish it was available in a different color like silver or white.

Just received it. I like to use USB cable rather than wireless. This is good because it has that ability.

Prints and copies well, I think the instructions for loading software could be made easier to understand. Seems all computers now have the drivers already installed so no need for software unless you desire what Brother is promoting for personal use. Good product overall.
