BUYER BEWARE

I bought this "professional" version thinking you get what you pay for, not. The freezer door was serviced several times without repair, the service guy says its a manufacturer defect, it doesn't, nor has it ever sealed correctly so it has to be defrosted often for the buildup inside. NOW, the back of the refrigerator is rusting out! There is a big rust spot that has ice buildup on the OUTSIDE of the refrigerator in the back! Repairman cannot fix either issue and I have had NO LUCK getting ahold of ANYONE at the Frigidaire company! Definely look for another brand, this one is junk!

New Fridge

I have own this Frigidaire for 8 months. It has not work for at least 4 of the 8 months. We have had the Evaporator Fan replace, the motherboard replaced and the inside tape due to freezing cracks. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Disappointing

I purchased this unit as a recommendation from not only family, but friends. It had decent reviews at the time of purchase, and Frigidaire is known for quality. Sadly, less than 6 months into owning the unit, it ice maker/water dispenser started leaking down the back. This, unfortunately, also ruined my brand new wood flooring. Frigidaire has agreed to have the flooring fixed, so this review is by no means to put Frigidaire down because so far they are taking care of me. But the fridge itself is disappointing.

Would give a 5 star. Little louder than I'm used to. Seems to run all the time. Otherwise, love the space of being able to open both doors and fit wide items in my frig.

Love this refrigerator

We had this model Frigidaire French Door Refrigerator in our last home. Our home sold with appliances included. We loved the refrigerator so much, we bought one just like it for our new home. Love the French doors and bottom drawer freezer. It has a lot of room for entertaining and holiday foods. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

Very, very bad product. Would DEFINITELY NOT recommend to anyone. In the first 5 months we had 9 service calls on this refrigerator. They finally sent us a new replacement refrigerator. Within one week, no joke, the upper icemaker fan froze up and we needed another service call. Still waiting for that repair. Please ask me about the Frigidaire Professional series microwave. Two magnetrons have burned out already, and we are awaiting a replacement machine. What a mistake buying Frigidaire!!!
