Great washer

Very efficient

I bought this after my 20 year old dryer started making a terrible noise. I have been amazed at the changes made in efficiency and convenience of the new unit. The only thing I would say is that I wish that the top was not slanted I keep my basket up there when I am not using it and that doesn't work so well with the slant. I love the ease of using the machine it has all the features that I want without being too busy.

Big enough to fit all my bedding!! I am still trying to figure out the automatic settings - but I love them because they don't over dry my clothes! Be careful of the curved top - everything I put on top of it -including detergent:( slides off.

I have had the Whirlpool Dryer WED5800BW for three months now and have found that I have to dry most items on manual setting with at least 90-minute dry time. I had my other Kenmore dryer for about 15 years and I just think they don't make appliances like they use to. It has taken some time to get the drying time accurate but it does dry the clothes eventually.

Full complement of cycles

Bought this unit along with the matching washer. Have been very happy with both. The dryer has a full complement of cycles and does a great job drying just about anything thrown at it. I especially like the deep drum which provides for adequate tumble space for larger wash loads. Also, the drum is lit when the door is opened which makes it easy to check for any remaining items.

Saved on the electric bill! Features are easy! I do a lot of bath towels! And they are dry in no time!! Love it!
