We bough this after our 30 year old dryer stopped heating. Quality and sturdiness were important to us. So far this one fits the bill.

We have had the washer & dryer for 3 months and thoroughly enjoy the new technology that is offered on these machines especially the energy saving features.Also like the glass doors to observe the cycles of the machines.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The variety of cycles is really helpful, and the eco normal cycle, with its energy savings, fits most of the loads I do. Have only used it for a little over a month, but am very happy with it.

Love it - was going to buy an LG but so glad I bought this whirlpool .Works great - looks great and I couldn't be happier.

This was recommended by Consumer Reports and they were right! I would have liked to have the top flat, rather than angled - my laundry basket slides off, but even now I would not trade it for a different model.

As stated all around good appliance, I don't go for the bells and whistles, to prevent things breaking, so this dryer has just enough options for me. Works great, I like the delicate and damp dry sensor, it helps allot.
I would recommend this to a friend!
