This is just terrific. No agitator and so roomy inside. The alarm to let you know it's done is not a harsh sound,big improvement! It's great.

Great unit allot of features

I replaced my 12 year old dryer with this new one. I was blown away with all of the features, never knew that dryers have come this far. The cycle time is automatically controlled and is saving on my electric bill. WoW I'm a happy camper.

Works very efficiently and quietly and has an eco setting which dries clothes very quickly. Makes laundry day go much faster!

We bought this about 6 weeks ago. Dries very good, like the design and saves on our electric bill. Does all loads well.

A huge mistake

Purchasing this washing machine was the hugest mistake and I am sick that I spent money on this and am stuck with a washer I can't stand. The big feature was that the machine uses less water........well, ok, but no one told me that it would take nearly an HOUR to run a cycle. Seriously, what difference does it make to save on water if your electric bill goes up?? Plus, I can't do as many loads as once before. Also, the lid locks after the cycle is started so you can't just toss in anything without stopping the cycle all together. I am enormously disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this a month ago and I love how it works. I was needing a washer and decided to get the dryer as well because my old one was not in good condition. I am so very glad I made that decision it drys so much better than any other dryer I have used in the past. I am truly ecstatic about my purchases.
