Good overall dryer

Have really enjoyed our whirlpool dryer. It's a nice size for a small family and is easy to use. I also like that it'll constantly sense how drive your laundry is and adjusts time accordingly, although it does seem to lead to longer drying times.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quick drying times

Excellent dryer with quick drying times and large capacity. I like the lint filter in front, end of cycle chime, and drum light. I would prefer a flatter dryer top so items wouldn't vibrate off the sloped top.

Perfectly dried clothing!

We purchased this product about a month ago to replace an 11 year old dryer that was in our house when we purchased it. We have noticed a significant difference in drying time (reduced) and completeness of drying (I almost never have to add extra time after a programmed cycle - the only exception that I've found is running a heavy load of jeans/sweatshirts/towels). We also experienced "over drying" (very hot clothes) with our old dryer, which has also been eliminated with this model.My only note of consideration to potential buyers is to consider what type of washer you have, as it seems to impact the drying times for the programmed cycles including the energy smart cycle. Our washing machine is still the match of our old dryer (center agitator, approx. 11 years old) and it just doesn't spin clothing as dry as I think the matching washer does for this dryer model. I've found that this results in the programmed cycles needing almost double the initially estimated times for a cycle. This doesn't seem to be any fault of the dryer (I still highly recommend this product), but it is something to consider if you're only replacing the dryer and not purchasing the washer/dryer set. The dryer still yields great results, it just takes a bit longer than the product guide's estimates. My only minor complaint with this dryer is its sloped top. It's aesthetically pleasing, but it makes it a tricky surface for folding clothes.Overall, we've been very happy with this dryer.

I really like this dryer - slanted top & all. We read reviews on this dryer & number 1 complaint was about things sliding off the top & we have yet had this issue. Door opens down & the window in it is nice. Keeps the cats entertained. Glad we went with this dryer. Clothes comes out dry every time. Thanks whirlpool.

Our last dryer lasted thru three washers, so we got another one similar. My oly complaint is that the top slants and soap, etc slide off.

I found exactly what I was looking for in this dryer! The fold down door keeps clothes from dropping to floor as I pull them out. The look so beautiful. The time to get clothes dryseems half the time of my older dryer. Friends have me many pointers on what to look for when buying a new dryer, and this product hasmet all I my expectations! Get it if yore in need...I don't think you'll be disappointed!

This dryer seems to be a balance between features and price. I have had it about two months now and I know there are cheaper ones out there but there is also much more expensive ones and this seems to be a happy medium.
