This dryer is easy to use and it always knows how wet are clothes are and dries them to perfection! The look is cool and the price was unbeatable.

Impressive Dryer

I have always been happy with Whirlpool products so when my old 20 yr + Whirlpool dryer finally dried it's last, I researched which Whirlpool I would replace it with. I chose the Cabrio and am glad I did! The drying time is less even with the Eco setting. I like using less energy, less time and still great results. The lint catcher is easy to remove and clean each time. You won't be sorry with this one!

I bought this dryer a couple months ago and I LOVE IT. Takes far less time to dry, very energy efficient with large loads. Easy clean vent. Many different settings for my needs.

Good gas dryer!

The unit is certainly quieter than my previous unit. I like the capacity. The window is also useful for seeing if there's a load inside. The digital controls are nice and easy to use. Overall, great value for the price; all the functionality is there.Couple things I do not like:1. The top is slanted, making it difficult to store / place anything on top (such as a laundry basket).2. The auto-dry detection seems to leave some dampness when on Normal.3. I wish I could set default settings, so it would be ready to go every time.

Not the greatest

Purchased dryer based on brand and size. Purchased another GE earlier but it wouldn't fit in our basement. Had to run a load of towels twice to dry since they didn't completely dry first time and do not care for the door. Have to reach over door and into back of dryer for small items. More work then I prefer and wish door opened to left or right. Too difficult for a pregnant person.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
