Average Product - Cheap Construction

I bought this 2 months ago and it has worked but there are issues. The turntable skips and the center piece that turns the turntable seems loose. The plastic front edging under the microwave and under the door is sharp and I have scratched myself on it. It does not seem to fit 100%. I previously owned a similar model and it had much better construction. I would not buy this model again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GE Over the Range Microwave

We take exceptional care of our appliances and my replacement microwave died this morning, at only 5 years old. I'm very disappointed in the lifespan of the GE products and will replace it with a better brand.

Disappointed

The first microwave was installed in our new home in 2014 and it completely stopped heating one year later. It was also very noisy and the vent only had one speed -- loud. When we replaced it with the same one from the homebuilder's warranty, we were disappointed that it, too, was very noisy but more disappointed that it died this week at only 8 years old. Will not replace it with another GE.

The microwave is attractive but very noisy The vent when running is extremely loud.
