Awesome Microwave - Recommended

I purchased this Micorwave after reviewing all other GE over the counter Micorwaves. I called support, live chat and after about of week of research I decided to get this model. I am very impressed with the multiple fan and light settings. Its quite and qucik to heat. The price was perfect for what I wanted. I recommend this microwave to anyone...also it was easy to install, took me about 20 minutes ....without experinece.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a good product

We have had this model for almost 4 years now and it worked great until yesterday when it attempted to destroy itself and possibly our home. Fortunately I was watching it and opened to door to shut it down. It runs uncontrollably with the door closed. If you own this product consider replacing it. Maybe I am just being dramatic but I have a fear of runaway appliances.

MICROWAVE FAILED IN 4 YEARS

We had this microwave for 5 years. After 3 years the clock on the microwave stopped working. Just 2 weeks back, it started on its own and cracked the plate inside the microwave. Fortunately, there was no fire. We have used GE microwaves for many years and this is the first model where we had issues.
