Excellent quality product with clear color video pictures in lighted areas and black and white infrared pictures in darkened areas. Easy non-technical set-up anyone can do themselves without professional help. Would highly recommend this product to anyone considering a security camera system.

Basic System for the price.

This system was bought as a PRO system but as a 16 channel 960H PRO, it is not capable to record all 16 channels at full 960H/30fps. That makes it a basic system not a PRO system, the frame rate should match advertised features. There is no sense to have 16 cameras at 800tvl but paired with a DVR that can't utilize the full features of those cameras. SUCH A PITY!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This 16 camera system is really good. You will never have a blind spot around your house. Night vision is great and the day time video is really clear.

I have now owned for two years and have had greater than 50%failure rate. Dont warranty wires even though i could find no exclusion on the warranty with the product either

i bought this system almost a year ago and i would recommend this to anyone my friends loved it so much they bought a 8 camera system too..awsome for the price..
