First security system

This is my first security system. It was very easy to connect right out of the box. Everything is designed to make it easy to adjust and install. I had a problem logging in to the dvr and the night vision would not activate on one of the cameras. I was on hold a long time waiting on customer support, but once I got there Michel was great and very helpful. So far I have been very happy with the system.Eas

Very happy with Security cameras

Ease of getting hooked up and online viewing is terrific. Used the app suggested and had live viewing on my phone in about a minute.

I liked this unit so much I am purchasing 3-4 more cameras . We have an individual in the home with dementia and it helps to have eyes all over inside and out . Unit performs as expected .Still installing more.

I bought this system for my home. It was simple to install and easy to set up. Defenders customer service was very helpful. When a customer like myself can add the app to my wife's phone without customer service assistance that's a homerun in my book. I would buy this product again.

In the past, I have purchase defender camera system. We decided to upgrade to get better coverage and clearer picture. We received this in this camera. We highly recommend this camera system to any residential home. It records and views very well at night and during the day.

I have yet to install the system, but have tested out the Cameras, Wiring, and DVR and have found all working great. Most impressed by Color, Clarity, and Control. Most anxious to get them installed.

Great price for what you get. It is also easy to install and set up. This system was bought to install in the hallways of our church. Also purchased the 16 channel system for the outside coverage. Both systems can be accessed remotely.
