Easy to use !

Got it a week ago worked great , be careful not to strip adjustment screw . Easy fix with small bolt and nut.

My neighborhood has been experiencing a higher crime rate. While I haven’t had any issues, most likely because my German Shepard answers the door with “extreme prejudice”, I live on the busy corner and turned 4 cameras outward to watch our streets.
The physical set up was easy enough, some creeping in the attic and done. The software set up would have been impossible for me had it not been for the great Tech I talked to. It did take 48 minutes in hold to get him, but he was worth every minute. All the numbers in the right places, ports forwarded and I can see my house and street from my phone! Very Cool. I did note the live feeds are a little rough around the edges, but in playback mode it’s very clear. And I’m guessing that has more to do with my Internet speed, than the defender software.
As a bonus the defender has already helped me locate a missing baby chick. I was able to watch her in the chicken coop on playback, and rescue her little butt where she had gotten into trouble and was stuck. Chickens are fun and sweet, but not the brightest crayons in the box.
As a last note, one of my new cameras has a short of some kind, and I’m currently dealing with customer support. It looks as if they will make it right, no worries. Errors happen, a company that makes it right is the bomb!

Great Product

Do not try to rotate cameras in housing until loosening the locking ring - it will roll the camera isolators off the housing. Also check the resolution on your monitor as it will not function with less than 1024. Overall it is a great product.

just bought two weeks ago.Set up was easy.Still trying to figure out all features.(alot).Would be nice to have a hard copy of directions.

love the wide angle view, The installation was simple to install. The networking support was great working with Michel. The night vision was very clear. Suggest this system for anybody looking for security camera setup.

Outstanding Value and Performance

This is our second Defender system. Our first one performed very well, but as a result of increasing crime in our neighborhood, it was time for us to upgrade. We reviewed several other manufacturers, just to ensure that we would be completely informed. It was a relatively easy decision to stay with Defender. Installation of our new system was very easy, even though we installed several cameras in locations where we had none originally. The daytime video quality is excellent and the nighttime video with the IR illuminators is far superior than we expected. The high resolution cameras combined with long range illuminators is spot on. Setup of the remote viewing (smart phone and PC) was much easier than I imagined. I have no complaints about the product or pricing. We have not required any support, but we are confident that if we do, Defender will come through.

Awesome Product!

Purchased the system about three weeks ago and I'm very happy I did. The system is very easy to install, configure and use. I really like being able to view the cameras while I'm away from the house over my android phone. The alarm system is perfect, I've received notifications when packages have been delivered and unplanned "visitors" arrived. I'm buying a 2nd system for my dads house.

Purchased a 21325 system a month ago and finally had time to setup the system. Please with online tech support. Well verse in their products. The camera product features and the DVR's large capacity were required specs for my needs.
