I recently bought the Defender Pro Sentinel 8 channel. I was having difficulty setting up my computer to view video footage so I sent an email to technical support and received a phone call from Michel within 24 hours. Michel was able to determine that my security setting were preventing the downloads to work and was able to fix the problem in a timely manner. He was very professional, patient and courteous, thanks again...

After a long resarch, I bought this system from Defender's website. I was amazed by the quality of the cameras and the DVR. The setup was easy enough for Non-Tech savvy folks. The DVR offers a lot of options to suit any needs. When I had trouble setting up viewing on my I-phone app, Michel from the Technical Support Team was very helpful and very patient walking me through tweaking my PC & router until the app was functioning. Michel also offered tips that I was not aware of. I am very happy with Defender-USA, the product I purchased, and the support team behind it. Thanks again, Michel!

Great Investment !

This system is one of the best investment that I have purchase for my house.
Feeding the cables thru the attic to were I wanted the cameras was the most difficult because it was pretty hot. Setting up the DVR and Cameras was very simple. The software installation
was easy just follow the instructions. My wife and I are very happy with the ability to view our home and our kids in the yard remotely and thru our phones while we are at work.
I love the dome cameras, The DVR is really compact. We are very happy with this system
overall.

Great System and wonderful support

I've installed 5 of the eight cameras and all worked without a hitch. System was very easy to set up and I am impressed with the quality of the hardware. Pictures are very clear, even at night. To limit recording, I set all cameras to record when motion is detected. Movement of trees and even large bugs at night will trigger the motion, but I don't see any way to avoid that. Besides, there is plenty of room on the dvd. Going back to look at recordings is very easy. I did have a few problems getting access via internet, but I did a live chat with customer service and was connected within 1 minute. Stacey was very knowledgeable and got me up and running within minutes. I would highly recommend this system.

I have been a Defender Security Camera System owner for several years and just a few days ago, I upgraded to the Defender Pro Sentinel Security Camera System. I am amazed at how easy it was to install and set up. Just like the older system, Defender provides easy to follow instructions. My Defender Pro Sentinel System provides me and my family with the comfort of being secure. The 800 TVL cameras provide a clear and crisp image and night vision is absolutely incredible! The Defender Tech Support is wonderful also! I had to contact them this morning to help me get set up with the ClearVu mobile app. All I can say is, "Michel, you sir are the man!" He helped me understand everything about the new App and taught me a few things about the Defender Pro Sentinel System. I highly recommend this system to anyone that wants the best!

This is a very good unit. I did get a couple faulty cameras out of the 16 but defender stands behind their work and will replace. There support team is awesome as well. I spoke with Michel which has helped me on several occasions before with my older unit. I definitively would recommend this product to a friend.

I thought we had lost the words Customer Service from our language , But Sarah proved that they still exist. She was very helpful and patient in answering my pre-sales questions and delivered everything as promised. I will be a repeat customer. The Cameras are better than expected
