OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SUPPORT FROM MICHEL

Immediately after receiving my PRO Defender system, I was impressed and delighted by the quality of the product. The cameras are heavy gauge metal and obviously well constructed. I was expecting plastic. After the installation, I was equally delighted with the optic resolution, and especially thrilled with the night vision feature. It's unreal to
see so clearly in pitch darkness. This offers a peaceful security to our remote location. With that said, I must go on the the BEST part of my review. It deals with customer support, and specifically my rep, Michel. I have dealt with many Customer Tec support people of the years, and I can honestly say, HANDS DOWN, that my experience with Michel is the absolute best I have ever experienced. Michel is thoroughly knowledgeable with the product and difficult problem solving. The attentiveness to my concerns and issues is unparalleled. What would have been a nightmare for me to accomplish was easily addressed and corrected by Michel. I have never EVER had such an enjoyable experience with a service rep. I am comforted by the fact that I have TIMELY 101% support from my rep. I totally recommend this product and their especially the customer service.

best bang for the buck!

owned a previous system made by defender, however we moved to new house and left it there for new owners, kind of an incentive, however, just purchased new sytsem with upgraded cameras, which are absolutley fantastic. i realize cameras arent going to stop someone from breaking in my house, but ya know what, it might make someone thin twice about attempting it, its like fort knox here now and i feel very satisfied with my new camera setup.

I purchased this product through Walmart, I mounted the cameras at the locations I had pre-determined, which went easily. Then wired each one back to the DVR through pre existing access points, within three days after work all eight cameras were up and running. The night vision is exceptional, it looks like daylight!! range is 150' minimum. i am very impressed with this product.

I RECEIVED MY PRO DEFENDER SYSTEM THE FIRST WEEK OF JULY 2015, THE INSTALLATION WAS EASY IF YOU DON'T MIND CRAWLING AROUND IN THE ATIC. THE CAMERAS HAVE A GOOD CLEAN PITCURE, I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SYSTEM.

I purchase this a week ago and the installation was very easy.
Not being the computer wiz type, i had some difficulty setting up on my phone and, especially, my computer (kind of old) but with Michelle's patient and determined support all was fixed. Thanks Michelle!!!
