Superb little ice machine

This is incredible for small spots. I have one installed in my RV and it works just right for 2 persons on a long road trip. More than enough daily ice for a family of 5 if needed. Excellent machine all around

We bought this in 2016. We were hoping to get at least 2 years of use. Much to my happy surprise it is still going strong - 5 years later. The only maintenance I have done is to defrost the freezer and clear any ice stuck/frozen where it drops out. It gets quite the work out too! Family of 5 with many friends & family get togethers. Extremely happy with this! I was on the website looking for info about the water turn on/valve thingy - when all of the sudden it kicked back on! YAY! I was afraid it might be time for a new one, but it is still making ice.

We have had this ice maker for at least 8 years in constant operation and it still works like a dream. We never have to buy ice to go camping - the tub of ice is perfect. It doesn't matter HOW much you spend on a high end refrigerator those ice cue makers NEVER work - so this is our solution and everyone who comes to our house and uses it for drinks writes down the model to order one for themselves. I'm going to order an extra tub to swap out and stick in our fancy - useless freezer box in our upstairs fridge to get even more use out of it

We have had this unit for 9 years and it is still knocking ice out and performing beautifully. I change an inline filter on it annually and I defrost it on a shut down scale 2x a year. For the money - you will not beat this unit. 3-4 friends of mine that have built new homes and/or bars bought the exact unit.

We use A LOT of ice daily in our home. Our fridge runs out early, mid-afternoon at the latest. The addition of this ice maker has not let us run out of ice yet. When it kicks on, it is a little noisy, but no more than most refrigerated appliances. Not a single problem yet.

We bought this a while ago, but couldn't install until our addition was finished. Upon installation we discovered an issue and Jenny A was extremely helpful in working to get the issue resolved! My inlaws have one and love it! I can't wait to get ours going!

Bought this ice maker 3 months ago and I am somewhat satisfied except that it makes a great amount of noise when the machine is producing ice. Need to quiet it a little bit but still not bad for the price.
