Has been crashing repeatedly running basic applications. Netflix doesn't work. Can't disable unused applications or their memory sponging. Wouldn't recommend.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

becuz this phone isnt rooted.. most of all apps downloaded goes to phone storage.. phone gets slow and only a few apps r moveable to sd.. once memory is close to full.. everything else slows down or it wont work until storage space is cleared up some.. doesnt have reset or allows apps that only work for root to work

Constantly needs repairs

I bought it less than a year ago. It broke within a week. I get a replacement, and it breaks within 2 months. Another 2 months go by, and the screen stops working again. I concluded it was the QWERTY slider that kept making the touch screen disconnect, so I stop opening the slider and it has almost lasted me 6 months, but the phone stopped working, yet again. I got a new phone as a replacement and now it won't recognize my network. Great. Best paperweight ever.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality

Cons: Have had this phone for a year and a few weeks after I bought it I ran into hard drive space/memory limitations so I went and picked up an 8gb mini sd thinking this would solve the issue. Sadly the OS on the device (Froyo) has limits on putting apps on the sd card. I would call this a poor excuse for a smart phone. Phone also keeps freezing and will only allow at most 2 apps open at once or it continually crashes.
Pros: I do like the slide keyboard.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

I love this phone. It has so many options! Its a very good phone. Its so easy to type on with both keyboards. Physical and onscreen
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Very poor quality

This was my first Android, and it has been a nightmare. I have had problems with outgoing texts for MANY months. My messages will not go through about 50% of the time, and I rely on this function for my job. After researching the problem online, I found that this is a KNOWN problem with the Gravity SMART (along with numerous others), yet my wireless provider sold it to me anyway. Apparently there is not enough memory, due largely to what is already loaded on the phone at the time of purchase, and it can't support even the smallest amount of activity. I am stuck with the phone for another NINE months because my provider won't let me out of my contract. I continue to pay my bill each month for a service I'm NOT receiving. DO NOT waste your time or money on this phone.

This phone does not send messages, when I leave the house, it freezes, crashes, malfunctions, never has enough memory, and it's just terrible. It never does what I want it to do either. I just don't recommend this phone at all.
Pros: Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, doesn't send text messages, freezes, crashes, malfunctions, too many apps that i don't use, terrible performance, not enough memory

Very easy to use. Battery life is great as long as you are not playing games, and the ads can be a little annoying. Has Wi-Fi, bluetooth, full text conversations, and so much more. Overall a pretty awesome phone!
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable
Cons: battery life
