Garbage

The reception is horrible, if/when I have service. I live in the fifth largest county in the country and I rarely have good service. T-Mobile packed it with so many useless apps that my internal memory is more than half depleted and I can't add anything else without causing errors. I got it as a warranty replacement and it is by far the worst phone I've owned.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

An App-less Android
on June 7, 2012

Reception varies drastically within a one-mile radius, from 3 bars to 0, so when I'm at home I can make and receive calls, but even outdoors less than a mile away I am phone-less. There is not enough internal memory and you can't put most apps on the SD card - when you reach the memory peak you will receive notifications that you got a text message but you will not be able to read it because there is not enough room in the internal memory. You can't delete the [cell phone company] standard apps, which literally sit there unused taking up memory. I bought this phone for apps, not for cheap games. I downloaded literally less than five apps and hit my memory cap, and I barely use my phone for extraneous things. This phone would be pretty good if it just: a) had more internal memory and/or more flexibility about app placement and b) wasn't stuck loaded with [cell phone company] apps.
The reception issue may just be [cell phone company] itself, but I've called them several times and haven't even heard back from support to know what's going on with it.
The reception issue is what worries me, but the app issue is what frustrates me. Being both worried and frustrated because of a brand new phone that I spent a good chunk of money on (non-contract) is not a good deal.
Pros: Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

worst phone EVER!
on July 3, 2012
Posted by: bethyb
If I would have known how much of a problem this phone was, I would have never gotten it! It constantly freezes, when someone calls I can never answer it. The phone also freezes when I try to send a text message. Also, when i go to take pictures, the camera freezes. Its a shame I am stuck with this phone for 2 years. Biggest mistake EVER.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, would not recommend to others
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
