MIDLING REFRIGERATOR WITH SOME ANNOYANCES.

FIRST I WANT TO SAY THAT THE LFC25765ST FRENCH DOOR IS A NICE LOOKING MODEL THAT IS POSITIVELY CAVERNOUS INSIDE, (FOR IT'S FOOTPRINT), IS SUPER QUIET AND KEEPS THE SET TEMPERATURE CONSTANT. THAT'S THE GOOD NEWS.
THANK GOD FOR THE DOOR ALARM. ON THIS MODEL, (AT LEAST), IT'S NEEDED BECAUSE THE LEFT DOOR DOESN'T ALWAYS CLOSE ALL THE WAY DUE TO THAT CENTER FLAP THAT SEALS THE SPACE BETWEEN THE DOORS WHEN CLOSED. THAT FLAP SOMETIMES ACTS AS A SNAG WHICH STOPS THE LEFT DOOOR FROM CLOSING WHEN THE RIGHT DOOR IS ALREADY CLOSED. THIS ISN'T A PROBLEM IF THE LEFT DOOR IS CLOSED FIRST AND THEN THE RIGHT OOR IF YOU PUSH IT WITH SUFFICIENT FORCE TO PUSH PAST THE RIGHT DOOR IF CLOSED.
THE OTHER ANNOYANCE WITH THE DOORS IS THAT THEY DON'T CLOSE BY THEMSELVES UNLESS CLOSER TO THE FRIG THAN A SINGLE DOOR DOES. FURTHER, THE DOORS SOUND TINNY WHEN ABUTING THE FRIG . IT MIGHT HELP IF YOU KEEP A LITTLE EXTRA WEIGHT ON THE DOORS, (THE LEFT ONE AT LEAST), SO THE MOMENTUM MIGHT PUSH PAST THE RIGHT DOOR WHEN CLOSED.
ANOTHER ANNOYANCE I DISCOVERED IS THAT THIS MODEL ISN'T SLATED FOR SLIDE OUT SHELVES. ON THE WEBSITE OF THE VENDOR WHERE PURCHASED, UNDER FEATURES, IT STATES THAT THIS MODEL HAS 4 SPLIT, TEMPERED GLASS, SLIDE-OUT, ADJUSTABLE SHELVES. IT DIDN'T. WHEN I CALLED THE VENDOR I EAS TOLD TO CALL LG AND HAVE THEM SHIP ME THEM. I DID THAT AND WAS TOLD BY LG THAT THE SPECKS ON THIS MODEL DIDN'T CALL FOR SLIDE-OUT SHELVES. I CALLED THE VENDOR BACK AND TOLD THEM THAT ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS I PURCHASED THIS MODEL WAS THAT IT HAD THOSE SHELVES AND I DON'T KNOW IF THE MISTAKE ON THEIR WEBSITE WAS DUE TO A MISTAKE FROM LG, (WHICH IT TURNED OUT IT WASN'T, IT WAS THEIRS), OR THE VENDORS MISTAKE/ HOWEVER THE VENDOR ADVERTIZED IT THAT WAY AND IS RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE THOSE SHELVES AS PER TRUTH IN ADVERTIZING.THEY SAID THEY WOULD ORDER THEM FROM LG AND HAVE THEM DELIVERED AND SAID THEY DIDN'T KNOW IF IT WILL TAKE A WEEK OR TWO OR A MONTH. I ADVISED THEM THAT IF I DIDN'T GET THEM I WOULD FILE A COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER AFFAIRS ONLINE, AS WELL AS OTHER ADVOCASY GROUPS AS WELL AS PUT AN OPEN LETTER ANAINST THIS VENDOR ON THE WEB.
THEY SUPPOSEDLY ORDERED THE SHELVES FROM LG ON THE 13TH OF OCT THIS YEAR AND I AM NOW WAITING TO SEE WHAT WILL HAPPEN. IF I DON'T GET THE SHELVES OR HEAR ANYTHING BY THE 13TH OF NOV I WILL FILE THE COMPLAINT.

Am so delighted with this product, big and open. Shiney and clean, Big Big Big open shelves, great lights so there are no dark corners. Can actually see into the freezer. Because of the placement on the bottom you can actually know what is in there. Highly love this product. Thank You

I love this refrigerator !

I've had this unit for two months and have not regretted the purchase at all. It is good looking, spacious, quiet, cools all of my food well and is almost commercial in feel - it is sturdy. I am very happy with this LG refrigerator.

We bought this stainless steel refrigerator to replace our old bottom freezer refrigerator that was difficult to get at freezer items since it had slide out bins in liner tracks. The bins often bound up in the tracks when the bins were full and it was difficult to search for items. The pull out drawer freezer on this model operates smoothly even when full and it is easy to see everything in the freezer. The ultra large freezer and refrigerator capacity in this 33" wide model is great, and it is whisper quiet when the compressor is running! We love the new refrigerator, and highly recommend it.

This refrigerator is WONDERFUL! The design is smooth , sleek and modern. Absolutely spacious
from the refrigerated section right down to the freezer. The motor is extremely quiet - you can not even hear it running - even the ice maker is quiet! I love the facts that an alarm sounds if a door is left ajar and that the temperature readouts for both the refrigerator and the freezer are visualized when the doors are opened. Another huge plus is that 2 gallons of milk can actually fit side- by- side on a door shelf (which you are unable to do in many other refrigerators).Even the separate compartment drawers are roomy, extending the "food life". My final testimony is the fact that this refrigerator is the 1st one my husband (of 43 years and several refrigerators later) has said he loves!! You can not go wrong with this refrigerator

So Much Room

I can not figure out how I lived with a smaller refrigerator before this. It is so nice to have a new, shiny appliance. My old refrigerator was 30 years old and starting to show it. I love having a new appliance. I am anxious to see my electric bill to see how much I am saving.

The quality, design and roominess of this fridge is excellent. I have had this for only 5 weeks, (just in time for the holidays), but I just can't believe how much more space it has than my last model. I am very happy that I took a chance on this company. It is my first LG purchase,but it will definitely not be my last.
